They skilfully dose and combine our ingredients before starting the grinding process, a crucial stage in obtaining a smooth paste with perfect granulometry! This "signature paste" results in unrivalled, melt-in-the-mouth truffles that lend themselves to every kind of fantasy. Available in as many recipes as there are palates, the precious mixture is then shaped into its iconic truffle form, coated with cocoa powder, packaged and enjoyed... all over the world!
